He elaborated on various schemes, including self-employment and speedier online procedures, being introduced by his ministry to facilitate the investors. The Union Minister announced the shifting of the Multipurpose Development Training Centre of the Government of India from Kaned to Sundernagar in Mandi district.Earlier, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said the centre would provide employment to skilled and unskilled youths. He said it was in April 2012 that a mini tool room was sanctioned for Baddi for which a land measuring 15,000 sq m was available and the foundation stone was laid by him. But since the area required a full-fledged tool room, the state government has provided 20 acres for it. This will support the MSMEs through production, training and advisory.
