A nothing day has turned into a selloff, as tech stocks tumble and take the market with it. Except for the Dow, which is hitting a new all-time high. Getty ImagesIt was a gloomy day for crude oil. U.S. stocks finished lower Tuesday as investors dumped energy shares after crude-oil prices sank into bear-market territory.
